Last night recharge after travelling around Cuba for nearly two weeks.

Incredible roof top pool with excellent views. Wonderful 24hr lobby bar. Large comfy bed, room on 7th floor had an epic view of Parque Central. Great location.

For European 5 star standards, it could do with a bit of TLC in the dining area. Expect to pay European prices for average food. Great for a night or two to recharge but don’t stay to see ‘real’ Cuba (you won’t!).

Excellent Location. Nice Breakfast. Friendly Staff.

Bathroom was in bad condition, Shower leaking everywhere.... Room was very dirty at arrival. Swimming pool wouldn't have enough sunbeds for more than 50 guests.

The lobby is nice and the location is perfect.

Ask for a room on the exterior perimeter and not on the inside. The room was really dark, the beds are low to the ground. The room was nice and clean and some what modern. The location is great centrally located and in walking distance to a lot.

The best thing about Parque Central is that it is the most central Hotel wich you can choose. If you choose something else you need to get a taxi to be in the center of Havana. Service is what is worth here.

Good for Cuba, but definetly overpriced compared to hotels around the world

For Cuba it’s a good hotel, but the standards (stars) cannot be compared with other places. It’s rather a 3 star location.

Value for money is not matching, quite overpriced for what you get.

The best thing is that you can do a late check-out to 4PM...

The best thing is that you can do a late check-out to 4PM for extra 25 CUC and that is the best if your flight to return is later on evening. Service Excellent . Central location . Nothing to say more.. For Havana i think is the best location you can choose.

Location, excellent in Old Havana, you don't need to take a taxi or rent a car because you are there. Hotel facilities are open almost 24hs, if you need to buy tobacco, Ron, change money.

Not a 5 star (Maybe a 3star?) Very smoky, rude staff member, non existing manager. Horrible

The location of the hotel is brilliant. It has a stunning roof swimming pool and bar. But the staff and zero customer service of this hotel are not worth the $500 plus tag per night.

The smoke in the lobby. Having to wait an hour in the lobby (Until 4pm) for my room to be made without an apology/refreshments. Receiving a coffee machine only on the 3rd day. This hotel is not a 5star, maybe a 3 star. The double beds are more the size of a single. Not worth the money

The location and facilities are good, staffs are nice and helpful.

The Wi-Fi experience was horrible, I had to sit in the lobby to connect to the internet. There was almost no Wi-Fi connection in the room, I had to stand at the door and try many times to connect. The outside Wi-Fi card is useless, coz you cannot find the Wi-Fi signal in the city.

Location main drawcard.

Of course the location is a major draw card, stayed in the modern building. Breakfast was nice and fulfilling.

Coffee was gritty, twice. View from room was a concrete square to view of other rooms, very unappealing to leave the blinds open. Wifi man tried to rip me off, claiming I hadn’t paid him the right amount, demanded he check the cameras or recount and give me my money back. Was quite rude, his disbelief was embarrassing.
